Technical Support Upgrade
URE2Access is excited to announce upgrades in its service to our members. The major addition to our current premium service is 24 x 7 technical support. There is no additional charge and you will automatically be upgraded to this level of service. The old technical support number will automatically forward your calls to our new number 1-888-256-8348.

Dial-up Change
Two minor changes will be required to access our upgraded servers. Your log-on user name will now need to include the urec.net domain. For example if your previous user name was johndoe, your new log-on user name will become johndoe@urec.net. Our upgraded system also requires that you change your new dial-up number to 553-0047. (This is a local Marysville number.) More detailed instructions are provided below.

Admintool
The addition of a personal administration tool is now available to our users. This admin tool will give you access to make modifications to your account as you need. You can create auto responders for your e-mail, forward your e-mail to another account, and make changes to your SPAM settings as you see fit. Check out this new feature at http://admintool.urec.net and use your user name and password to log-on.
